Description
You will be taken on a virtual home inspection cluing you into the subtleties that might point to missed items or the potential for angry clients. We'll talk about reducing your chances to miss the obvious and not so obvious and to make sure you are really seeing some problems in the midst of your inspection. Teaching yourself to look more carefully and gathering more information from sellers, buyers and realtors can protect you and make your investigation more complete as well as reducing your liability. A certificate of completion will be available to you once you view the presentation in entirety and successfully complete the 20 question exam. MD Approved
