The inspection industry is rapidly changing, and there has been a rise in the number of multi-inspector businesses as a wider group of people get into the industry and the number of inspections goes up around the country. But growing a multi-inspector business uses a different set of skills and sensibilities than are commonly gained by inspectors in the field.

Description
In this course, we will look at the growth trajectory of a few multi-inspector businesses that have quickly eclipsed their competition despite their comparative short time in the industry. We will tease out the unique features of these businesses, and try and pull out what needs to be done to build a successful business in today’s day and age. Additionally, we will dig into the marketing, sales, and growth side of the business, to better understand how to build a brand image for this type of business model, differently than a traditional one-man shop.
