Description
Radon is still the # 1 environmental hazard in the home and yet very few homeowners are aware of its dangers, let alone the steps to protect their families. Often times as the Radon professional, your guidance is critical on what steps to take before, during and after the test is completed. In this course we will discuss risk communication of Radon, the proper protocol for testing and the right recommendations based on the reported levels. We will also take a look at the often over looked pre-existing mitigation systems, highlighting the ASHI Radon mitigation inspection checklist and some specific state required forms. *Florida students: Upon successful completion of modules, email certificate of completion to ASHI Education at education@ashi.org. Credits will be filed electronically to FL by ASHI.
