Heating systems have changed dramatically over the years and as an inspector you need to be familiar with the old and the new.

Description
Tom will cover the basics of the old to new high efficiency, forced air heating systems. What changed from a 60% system to an 85% system to new 95+% systems with ECM motors? Static pressure control? How about those new controls? How do they work? What are potential defects? What should an inspector check and how do you report properly on heating systems? Pictures and illustrations will identify systems and defects.
