Description
[Session 1] Crawl spaces are the most interesting part of the job, aren’t they? Who knows what you will find! In this course, we will review safety practices as well as defects associated with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structure, insects, animals and especially moisture, and the proper ways to report your observations.[Session 2] Far too often, home inspectors direct their clients to structural specialists who may know little more about houses than experienced home inspectors. In this session, Graham Clarke will outline strategies that can help home inspectors tell the difference between serious structural concerns and less critical situations. This is an updated version of the session that packed the room at InspectionWorld® 2019.
