Description
They have usually been remodeled and updated many times through their lives. This seminar explains the varied and unique situations and hazards encountered. Retrofitting old homes to withstand environmental and seismic extremes and address modern safety and energy concerns can be a challenge. This seminar will help the inspector discover, understand and evaluate these issues and present them to his or her clients.
