Session (2) Identifying Major Exterior Water Problems:This class will help home inspectors identify water intrusion while conducting a home inspection, with a focus on stucco, ACMV, wood siding and vinyl siding.

Description
[Session 1] You will learn how to inspect stucco and to quickly determine thickness, analyze cracking, and how to determine whether or not the stucco is properly installed to allow drainage. You’ll learn why tens of thousands of homes have concealed damage due to improperly installed stucco and where to look during a home inspection to find this damage. [Session 2] Most of the inspection methods shown in this class exceed the ASHI SOP, but are not considered to be intrusive. This class is taught by a home inspector, for home inspectors. This class incorporates numerous instructional videos demonstrating advanced inspection methods.
