Become an expert with grounding and what needs to be bonded, and learn to notice issues that are often missed and might void the homeowners’ insurance claim if the fire marshal finds them. We will cover ARC faults and GFCI outlet and breakers, and how and when to test them, as well as how to handle ancillary wiring in your reports. We will also provide guidelines for keeping clients and agents safe while you conduct the electrical part of your inspection.
