The standards of practice will be discussed and all attendees will be made aware that performing this service is optional and not required. This is only a basic training to help inspectors decide if this is a service that they wish to add to their inspections, and that additional training may be necessary to become proficient at this. Examples will be given to show the benefits of providing this service and what potential serious concerns can be discovered by taking even a few simple tests.
