We will focus on a number of high-risk areas but also focus on general strategies for the unknown and unforeseen issues. This course will help inspectors develop and enhance a mentality of safety first while also keeping perspective of both the ASHI SOP and the service dynamics with the customers and agents. *Florida students: Upon successful completion of modules, email certificate of completion to ASHI Education at education@ashi.org.
