The course will teach inspectors about night sky radiation cooling and its effects on buildings in maritime climates and elsewhere. We will discuss the forces that drive or cause air movement in and out of buildings, especially stack effect. The course will attempt to dispel common home inspector misconceptions about attic ventilation and house ventilation in general.
